manage yourself and serve others

I will to improve the management of important things: important documents, important records. I think it is time to settle. So:

1. I had to decide--what to do and what is important. it would be a list and a priority.
2. Then I had to settle--where to put and why is that? Importance is that it would be out of the reach of children. and the categorization is easy to remember!!!
