I lied in the bed, trying to relax and free myself. I cheered up myself with some grimmicks and then suddenly my mind opened and words of the bible comes out,
"我心裡說，來罷，我以喜樂試試你..."
"趁著年幼，衰敗的日子尚未來到，就是你所說，我毫無喜樂的那些年日未曾臨近之先，當記念造你的主‧ "
and the teaching of that book (Ecclesiastes) flashed out in my mind too, "Be joyful in what you are doing and having!" So I checked the bible again and read, "人，莫強如在他經營的事上喜樂‧因為這是他的分‧"
Lord, thank you for your words! Help me to free myself from being mad because of trival things, just like what a book says, "別為小事抓狂!" You are the mighty one that you promise you can heal!
